FUNCTIONS OF E&ACE

                   E&ACE is a special agency for the investigation of certain offences relating to corruption by, or enquiry into misconduct of Public Servants and holding preliminary enquiries against such servants in the province of Sindh. E&ACE inquire & investigate cases of corruption in Government Departments, including public sector, corporations & semi–government organizations. All Anti-Corruption case are prosecuted in Special Courts of Anti-Corruption.

                   E&ACE also suggest measures for educating the public against the evil of corruption by arranging walks and celebrating a day for awareness of public and keep close liaison with the heads of the departments and district to prevent corruption.

FUNCTIONS OF THE COMMITTEES

1. A) Provincial Committee:

1. Review the cases of misconduct leading to corruption in services and suggest measures for its eradication.
2. Review at suitable intervals, the working of Anticorruption laws and Rules and to suggest improvement in them.
3. Co-ordinate work of all agencies both Federal and Provincial Governments engaged in eradication of corruption.
4. Suggest publicity measures in the province for educating the public and Government Servants against the evils of corruption.

1. B) Divisional & District Committees:

1. Review the problems of corruption in each Department and suggest measures for its eradication.
2. Suggest publicity measures within their jurisdiction for educating the public and Government Servants against the evil of corruption.
